Conflicts of any nature pose a serious threat to our peace and stability as individuals and those we associate with. It is therefore key to not only know how they started but of more importance is how to end the conflicts amicably (win-win) approach which well defines Mediation.
As a structured process with procedural stages, Mediation seeks to offer assistance to parties to resolve their disputes. Mediation requires working together thus fostering communication in tackling the actual problems faced by the parties involved and in return finding a functional and durable agreement.
