My mission is to utilize my passion for Arbitration and Entrepreneurship to benefit society at large, while serving as an example of success that will shape the future of our society. Samba has advised on issues relating to data protection, banking, telecommunications, international investment and international trade.
Samba is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of several arbitration organisations (including the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration) and YSIAC (Young members of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre). He volunteers as an arbitrator at several moots. Samba is also a Chartered Professional of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply– UK (MCIPS-UK).
Samba has written on various Procurement related topics that are published in Supply Chain Management Africa, a weekly magazine for Procurement professionals who are members of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, the world’s largest professional body serving procurement and supply professionals. Key among them are Data Privacy in Supply Chain Management; A case of Kenya and Adoption of Blockchain Technology as a Solution for Fraud in Procurement.
