Michael A. Tomko
Michael has spent the past twenty-five years of his professional career working in operational leadership roles within the automotive manufacturing sector. He has significant experience in operations and human resource leadership for both global and national firms. Over the past fifteen years, Michael has negotiated more than ten collective bargaining agreements and has been responsible for all aspects of labor relations, including strategy development, labor negotiations, neutrality, collective bargaining, grievance investigation and administration, and leading mediation, arbitration, EEOC, NLRB, and litigation cases. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for maintaining the delicate balance between the needs of the business and the needs of the employees. It was within this space that he discovered a passion for alternative dispute resolution. Michael now dedicates his time working as an independent neutral party providing his clients with high-quality mediation and arbitration services.
